AMA  REAL  ESTATE  LTD

AMA, which means “dwelling near the water” in an ancient Mayan language, takes its roots from their first houses to be built on the edge of the Caribbean Sea.

The square foundations of these buildings are therefore a natural choice for our logo, and the blue colour evokes notions of the Mediterranean Sea and the azure sky.

AMA Real Estate is an Anglo-French cross-border real estate investment advisory firm founded in 2016 thanks to the cooperation of an international tax attorney, a private banker and a real estate agent.

The Firm’s business models and practicing policies are based on an investment bank’s Merger & Acquisition departments, focusing on the French Riviera luxury real estate and hospitality market.

OUR SECTORS

Saint-Tropez

Like the celebrities who flock here in summer, drawn to this idyllic village on a beautiful peninsula, Saint-Tropez is a star-studded village, home to a host of sumptuous yachts, prestigious brands, luxury hotels, glamorous boutiques and fabulous cars. This authentic village captivates everyone from sea-lovers to history buffs to fans of Provencal culture and lifestyle - many even prefer to come out of season to enjoy the village's allure. The laid-back nature of this Mediterranean gem gives Saint-Tropez its charm and iconic reputation.

Cannes

Lying on the crescent of the Gulf of Napoule, Cannes backs onto a line of sheltering wooded hills. Its palm-lined Promenade de la Croisette follows the curve of the sandy beach and is dotted with luxury hotels. The Vieux Port and Port Pierre Canto are frequent ports of call for yachts and transatlantic liners. There are several casinos, and the Palais des Festivals is the site of the well-known Cannes film festival. Tourism is the city’s main source of revenue, with winter tourism representing about a fifth of the city’s income.

Cap d'Antibes

The Cap d'Antibes is a piece of paradise on earth. It can be visited by taking the sign-posted road which follows the coastline and takes you into this immense, beautifully maintained stretch of coastland. It is home to a number of millionaires' chateaux and luxury villas, and the famous Eden Roc hotel, reputed to be one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, can be found at the end of the Cap.

Cap Ferrat

In the heart of the Côte d'Azur, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat has much to offer. True land of contrasts, this former fishing village is home to some of the most beautiful luxury villas on the coast, whilst also preserving its authentic charm. The city welcomes the rich and famous from all over the world. The stunning architectural quality of some of the buildings and the big names who make this peninsula their home are integral parts of Cap Ferrat’s history, and essential to its prestigious reputation.

Cap d'Ail

Cap d'Ail is the last town on the French Riviera before you cross the border into Monaco, and the town has an abundance of wealth and style. The two towns are separated by a port that hosts a number of festivals and regattas during the summer. A friendly seaside resort with a splash of old-school glamour, Cap d'Ail has several beaches, ranging from fine sandy beaches with elegant restaurants to remote and rocky coves.

Cap Martin

Located between Menton and Monaco, the village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is particularly interesting thanks to its proximity with Italy. Protected from the north winds by Mont Agel which rises to 1,145 meters, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, another slice of Cote d’Azur paradise, enjoys a mild climate that gives the vegetation a rare lushness.
