With its 4 Real Estate Brokers, each dedicated to a specific area and led by Charlène GUIFFRAY (Real Estate & Hospitality Broker and Head of Private Real Estate), the Sales Department works with discretion and professionalism to sell private properties, hotels and development projects entrusted to AMA Real Estate. For specific request, the Sales Department scour the market to find the perfect property and deliver the service required by the Firm’s prestigious customers. This team is devoted to offering a dedicated, bespoke service.
Merger & Acquisition Department
With a analyst and a consultant analysts its tax and legal counsel and led by Ludovic DEBUS (Chairman & Chief Executive Officer and Head of M&A Department), the Merger & Acquisition Department advises and assists its clients through all tax, legal and financial matters relating to the acquisition or selling of Hospitality assets, Private Real Estate and Property Development opportunities. The M&A Department’s goal is to create added value by implementing high levels of technical capacity and bespoke solutions.
With its Photographer, Video maker, Graphic designer, Proof reader, and led by Loïse MAHÉ (Company Secretary and Office Manager), the Support Department is in charge of all of visual and communication support, and responsible for the documentats used to share the spirit of the properties. The Support Department also provides back office services to Sales and M&A Departments and dedicated administrative assistance to AMA Real Estate clients.
